we understand that plans can change. Because our inventory is reserved specifically for your event date, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all rental orders.
Reservation & Payment
A signed rental agreement and required retainer are necessary to reserve your rental items and event date.
Cancellations More than 60 days before your event: Full refund of all payments, excluding the non-refundable retainer (if applicable). 31–60 days before your event: 50% of all payments made will be refunded. 30 days or less before your event: No refunds will be issued, as inventory has been reserved and preparations have begun. Changes to Your Order
We understand guest counts and layouts can change.
Rental quantities may be increased based on availability. Reductions in rental quantities must be requested at least 30 days before your event. No reductions or refunds will be made within 30 days of the event. Damaged or Missing Items
The renter is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned.
Charges may apply for:
Lost or missing items Excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear Permanent stains, burns, tears, or broken furniture Missing décor pieces or accessories
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.
Weather
Outdoor events are booked at the customer's risk. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions. We encourage clients to have a backup indoor location or tent plan.
Delivery
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled. Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
Item Condition
Please inspect all rental items upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or before the event begins so we can promptly address the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
We are unable to provide the agreed-upon rental items. Rental items arrive damaged and cannot be replaced. A refund has been approved under the cancellation policy above.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Complimentary delivery is available for all orders within Westlake, Ohio.
Delivery Outside Westlake
Events located within 30 miles of Westlake are subject to a $50 delivery and pickup fee.
